Rich golden in colour with a burst of tropical fruit on the nose balanced with a perfectly hopped finish. Like the beer, the Brewery's story is full of character. They've been brewing beer at the Franciscan Well since 1998. Brewed to honour Diarmuid McCarthy Mór, the king of South Munster and founder of the current site of the brewery, Chieftain IPA is a true twist on a classic beer that mixes authenticity with individualism to create a modern Irish IPA.
